Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow two working days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the United Kingdom. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 12 p.m. GMT will initiate the 48 hours process, within the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. GMT will be processed within the next working day.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using Royal Mail Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. International flat rate shipping fees apply to orders shipping outside of the United Kingdom and may include additional import duties and local taxes. These additional fees are the customers responsibility and not the responsibility of Viatrix Atelier LTD.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Flat rate shipping: Flat rate shipping varies to countries outside of our main listed territory.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We aim to ship globally to all eligible territories. Delivery timelines for international orders outside of the U.K. may vary greatly (e.g. 8 to 20 days) depending on your region. Expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination. If you do not see your country or region listed, or are having difficulty making a purchase, or wold like an estimate on global delivery timelines, do reach out to customer service at info@viatrixatelier.com
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. VIATRIX ATELIER LTD is not responsible for these charges. If the fees listed are applied they and are your legal responsibility as the customer. VIATRIX ATELIER LTD is not responsible to refund the customer for these fees in the event of returning an unwanted item.
RETURNS
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unworn and in its original condition, with original tags and packaging. For eligible items, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@viatrixatelier.com with your order number and photographs of the interior and exterior of the packaging, shipping label and item’s condition, please show attached tags in images. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
