Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement (Viatrix Atelier)

Legal entity: VIATRIX ATELIER LTD
Company number: 11942226

Our commitment

Integrity and empowerment do not only live in the garments we create — they begin with the very hands that craft them.

Viatrix Atelier has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity, and to continuously strengthening our practices as the brand grows.

Our business and supply chain

Viatrix Atelier is a fashion design company creating timeless garments with a focus on wearability, durability and textile integrity, with women’s health and wellbeing at the centre of our design philosophy.

Our supply chain may include:

- textile mills and manufacturers across the UK and European Union

- specialist textile partners (including performance textiles for “Adventurewear”)

- suppliers of trims, components and packaging

- UK-based manufacturing partners

Responsible sourcing

We select our textiles with deep care and consideration. We prioritise responsibly sourced materials and seek recognised standards (for example OEKO-TEX® certified textiles) where appropriate and supported by supplier evidence.

Where we source internationally (including the Far East), we recognise there can be increased modern slavery risk in deeper tiers of supply chains. We take a proportionate approach to managing that risk through supplier selection, expectations, and ongoing review.

Ethical manufacturing

All Viatrix Atelier garments are Made in Britain in an ethical, women-owned factory (for our finished-garment manufacturing).

Due diligence and supplier expectations

Our approach is practical and proportionate. Depending on the relationship, we may:

- ask suppliers to confirm compliance with applicable labour laws and ethical standards

- request relevant evidence (for example, certifications, codes of conduct, or policy confirmations)

- include ethical standards in agreements where appropriate

- investigate and act on concerns, including pausing or ending relationships if standards are not met

Sustainability and ethics

We aim to evolve our brand in alignment with responsible business principles and a slavery-free supply chain mindset — understanding this requires ongoing diligence, not assumptions.
